The e-tax or GGST is the only answer - Gifts Goods and Services Tax 0.5% credit 0.5% debit all electronic and cash withdrawals ( goodbye to greater than $5 notes!?) NO paperwork to replace most if not all other forms of tax - everyone pays except the poor who don't have any money
